We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, email us at supportpuregearco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. Just email us a photo of the issue and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that have been used or show signs of wear
• Items not in original packaging
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
