Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times
Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
Express Shipping (where available): 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time via the Track Order page on our website.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30. Orders under $30 are subject to a flat shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Lost or Delayed Packages
